I read my writings,
I can tell when I wrote each piece:
Whether late at night or in the early morning,
Whether alone or with friends gathering,
Walking, running, or with my horse; riding.
I can tell where I wrote each one:
In the city or the mountains,
Near the sea, a lake, or a river stream.
I read my writings,
I can tell where I was gazing when I wrote them:
To the sky, the space or the stars,
To the earth or to the water,
To the past or the future,
To my horse,
To my son,
Or into her eyes.
I read my scenes,
the heart remembers.
